I booked 4 appointments and I kid you not they missed all of them without cancelling.

They promised me a discount each time, which is the only reason I kept giving them chances. I don't think this company is actually London based and may use sub contractors, just speculation because everybody I spoke to was Scottish. I spoke to a manager several times who reassured me appointment after appointment would not be missed.

The fixed price repair did seem dubious but I will never know if it would have been value for money or not. I am also concerned they still have my credit card details.

I will in future look at review before contacting a prospective tradesman.
